Mission
My mission with PsychologyPop is to help you make sense of your experiences as a late-diagnosed autistic adult, accept what you learn about yourself, and feel permission to live in a way that fits who you are.
Everything I create is grounded in five values:
Education. Clarity. Understanding. Acceptance. Permission.
-
Education that gives you useful context.
-
Clarity that helps your experiences make more sense.
-
Understanding that lets you see yourself differently.
-
Acceptance of what you learn about who you are and what you need.
-
Permission to use that understanding to create a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.
You've likely spent years adapting to environments and expectations that weren't designed with your needs in mind. You don't need another set of rules for how to live.
My hope is that you understand yourself more fully and find out what becomes possible when your life starts to fit you.

Vision
I picture a world where late-diagnosed autistic adults have the knowledge and context to understand themselves clearly and trust their own experiences.
In that world, discovering you're autistic opens up a new way of understanding your life.
I also picture a future where you no longer have to measure yourself only against expectations built around other ways of thinking, sensing, and communicating.
You have the understanding and the freedom to build a life that honors your needs and values, and that feels more and more like your own.
